Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has received a letter of intent from TenX Realty Limited on behalf of Raymond Limited for a contract valued at Rs 5,370 million (mn) excluding GST for construction work in Thane (West). The award covers construction of Towers F, G and NTA and a retail building within the Address by GS-3 and Invictus-2 projects. The company received the LOI on 26 February 2026. The projects form part of a master planned residential and retail development in a suburban Mumbai locality.

The contract was issued to the company by TenX Realty Limited, which acts for Raymond Limited's realty division and is a step-down subsidiary of Raymond Limited. The scope comprises detailed civil and finishing works for the specified towers and associated retail spaces. The contract scope also includes integrated site services and coordination across subcontractors and vendors. The order represents a repeat assignment and preserves continuity in the client relationship.

The managing director indicated that the company welcomed the repeat orders as an endorsement of its project delivery capabilities and client service. He noted the company remained confident in meeting prescribed timelines and in maintaining quality standards across execution phases. The company said it would leverage its track record to manage resources and workflows for timely completion. Project mobilisation will focus on skilled manpower deployment, supply chain continuity and regular quality checks.

The award is expected to contribute materially to the company's current order book and supports its objective of expanding its presence in residential and mixed use construction segments. The company reiterated its commitment to safety, compliance and stakeholder engagement during the execution of the projects. The arrangement is likely to strengthen the company backlog and support future bidding efforts. The LOI value stands at Rs 5,370 million (mn), excluding applicable taxes and levies.
