Capacit'e Infraprojects Secures Rs 5.37 bn LOI From TenX Realty

Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has received a letter of intent from TenX Realty Limited on behalf of Raymond Limited for the construction of Towers F, G and NTA and a retail building at the Address by GS-3 and Invictus-2 projects in Thane West. The contract is valued at Rs 5.37 billion (bn) excluding GST and will be recorded as a material addition to the company order book. The projects cover residential tower structures alongside retail fit out and associated civil and finishing works within the defined project sites. The award follows earlier engagements with the same client and was secured through TenX Realty as the contracting intermediary.

The scope will require integrated project management across design coordination, procurement, site logistics and multiple subcontractor interfaces to meet construction schedules and quality standards. The firm will deploy its established workforce and supply chain arrangements to manage on site execution and regulatory compliance in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Risk mitigation measures will include phased mobilisation and close coordination with client representatives and consultants. The company expects the contract to contribute to near term execution activity and site revenue recognition.

The managing director Rahul Katyal welcomed the repeat order and conveyed confidence in the company's ability to meet timelines while striving to exceed client expectations. He noted that the award reflects sustained trust from the client and underlines the firm capability in project delivery across residential and retail segments. Management emphasised continued focus on operational discipline, timely mobilisation and monitoring of project milestones. The statement indicated that the order reinforces the company strategy to expand its portfolio of quality construction assignments.

Capacit'e will leverage its project management processes and technical experience to deliver the contracted works while maintaining cost and schedule discipline. The firm intends to use established procurement channels and site controls to manage resources and contractor performance effectively. The transaction is expected to strengthen the order pipeline and support revenue visibility over the execution period. The company remains focused on scaling its execution capability and on maintaining client relationships through repeat business.
