Danube Launches Greenz Villa Community in Dubai

Danube Properties has launched Greenz by Danube, a fully furnished master villa community in Dubai, unveiled by H.E. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, at an event attended by over 7,000 investors and business leaders.

Located near Dubai International Academic City and Dubai Silicon Oasis, the development marks Danube’s first large-scale integrated villa community and is positioned within one of Dubai’s emerging residential corridors.

The project will comprise three and four-bedroom townhouses along with five-bedroom semi-detached and twin villas. Homes will feature Dolce Vita-branded interiors, private lifts, sky gardens and modern façades. Handover is scheduled for December 2029.

The development will include over 50 amenities spread across five themed leisure zones, including sports facilities, wellness spaces, landscaped areas, family zones, a dancing fountain and a 3.75-km jogging track. The project will also provide internal buggy transport and shuttle connectivity to the metro station.

Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman, Danube Group, said the project’s key highlights include its strategic location, fully furnished homes, extensive amenities and a flexible one per cent monthly payment plan.

Prices for residences at Greenz by Danube start from AED 3.5 million.
