Galaxy Group Expands into Redevelopment Projects in Delhi

A real estate development company from Noida is gearing up to undertake revitalization ventures in Delhi. This firm, which is already engaged in several projects within the national capital, is known as Galaxy Group. Together with Sawasdee Group, they are in the process of planning an opulent residential undertaking in South Delhi. While specific details are yet to be revealed due to the ongoing planning phase, the groups have disclosed an approximate investment of Rs 10 billion for this project.

Additionally, Sawasdee and Galaxy Group have been actively involved in a number of successful ventures in Greater Noida West, and they are currently working on multiple commercial initiatives in various parts of Delhi, primarily in Old Delhi, Rohini, and Paschim Vihar. Notably, the Group is also in the process of constructing an expansive retail and commercial hub in Sector-63, Noida.

Pradeep Kumar Agrawalla, director of Galaxy Group and Sawasdee Group, stated, “South Delhi anyways has always been the epitome of luxury and fashion with HNI’s forming the major part of the population. We have already seen good response in our other Delhi-based projects, so when we wanted to build luxury, we were keen on choosing south Delhi.”

Apartment loading rises to 40 per cent in top cities
