Greenlands Global Unveils Five-Year North India Expansion

Greenlands Global, in partnership with BIG 92.7 FM of Reliance Broadcast Network, has announced a five-year expansion plan aimed at transforming North India’s real estate landscape through a focus on sustainable, community-driven development.

The company plans to launch a series of residential and commercial projects across key Tier-II cities, while also strengthening its presence in the National Capital Region (NCR). The strategic collaboration with BIG FM will support brand visibility, community engagement, and public outreach.

A spokesperson for Greenlands said that Tier-II cities present strong growth potential, driven by industrial expansion, improving infrastructure, and rising demand for organised housing. The company aims to cater to this growing segment by offering projects that combine modern design, sustainability, and economic value.

Greenlands’ upcoming developments will include eco-conscious residential communities and mixed-use commercial hubs, designed to create lifestyle value while stimulating regional economic growth.

“The next wave of India’s real estate growth will come from Tier-II cities,” the spokesperson noted, adding that Greenlands’ vision is to create future-ready spaces aligned with both environmental goals and urban aspirations.
