GROHE, Gaurs Group Partner for Premium Residential Projects

GROHE has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Gaurs Group to supply premium bathroom solutions across the developer's upcoming luxury residential projects in Delhi-NCR. The four-year partnership is expected to cover approximately 40,000 homes.

The collaboration reflects the growing emphasis on premium product specifications in India's luxury housing segment, where homebuyers are increasingly evaluating design quality, finishes and individual living spaces alongside location and scale.

Gaurs Group, which has developed residential and commercial projects across Delhi-NCR for more than three decades, said the partnership aligns with its strategy of strengthening its presence in the premium housing market.

Under the agreement, GROHE will provide a portfolio of bathroom fittings, showers and complete bathroom solutions across the projects. Select residences will also feature GROHE SPA, the brand's luxury collection designed for high-end residential developments.

Priya Rustogi, Leader (Managing Director), India, LIXIL IMEA, said, "As bathrooms increasingly become spaces of personal retreat and expression, the need for thoughtfully designed, high-performance solutions is more relevant than ever. Our partnership with Gaurs Group reflects a shared commitment to delivering living experiences of the highest order."

Veshesh Gaur, Director, Gaurs Group, said, "At Gaursons, we are committed to delivering homes that reflect modern luxury and timeless quality. Partnering with GROHE allows us to integrate world-class bathroom solutions into our developments, further strengthening our promise of offering premium living experiences to our customers."

The companies said the partnership reflects a broader trend in India's residential real estate sector, where premium bathroom solutions have become an important differentiator for luxury projects. The collaboration also strengthens GROHE's presence in the country's premium residential market as it expands partnerships with large-scale developers.
