ME FITOUT Opens New Facility to Support UAE Fit-Out Growth

ME FITOUT has launched a new 100,000-square-foot high-tech manufacturing facility in Dubai Investment Park to cater to the UAE’s growing interior fit-out market, projected to reach USD 4.13 billion by 2030. The facility is built to handle multiple large-scale interior projects with a focus on quality, speed, and sustainability.
Driven by urbanisation and tourism growth, demand is rising for smart, sustainable, and luxurious spaces in hospitality, corporate, retail, and premium residential segments. ME FITOUT’s end-to-end fit-out solutions support Dubai’s vision to become a regional hub for design, manufacturing, and sustainable urban growth.
The facility houses next-generation European machinery and features intelligent recycling, sawdust collection systems, and optimisation software to minimise waste. It integrates joinery, upholstery, FF&E, glass, solid surfaces, and metalwork, ensuring high output without compromising customisation.
Artisan-made woodwork and finishes are produced in a dedicated handmade section. Real-time production tracking and Critical Path Methodology enable agile delivery and accurate timelines across departments.
This launch marks ME FITOUT’s commitment to raising benchmarks in luxury craftsmanship and operational excellence across the UAE’s fit-out landscape.
