Polo Elevators Opens Experience Centre in Delhi-NCR

Polo Elevators has launched its first Experience Centre in the Delhi-NCR region, offering an interactive platform for customers to explore its elevator technologies and design capabilities.

Spread across 1,800 sq ft, the facility enables architects, developers, builders and homeowners to experience elevator performance, cabin design and ride comfort. It showcases working models across residential, commercial and capsule elevator segments, along with a range of interiors, lighting, finishes and material options.

The centre features the company’s portfolio, including machine-room-less (MRL) gearless passenger elevators, home and villa lifts, hospital elevators, capsule elevators and high-rise systems. The MRL elevators are designed without a separate machine room, improving space efficiency, energy performance and operational smoothness.

Advanced technologies on display include smart control systems, energy-efficient engineering, quiet operations and multi-layered safety mechanisms. The facility also offers advisory support to guide customers on elevator selection based on building usage, traffic and structural parameters.

Speaking about the launch, Umang Bansal, Chairman, Polo Elevators, said, “Our vision for the Experience Centre is simple. We want people to truly experience what goes into building a world-class elevator. From design and engineering to safety and ride comfort, every element matters. This space allows architects, developers, and homeowners to see, touch, and ride our elevators before making a decision. At Polo Elevators, we are proud to contribute to the ‘Make in India’ and ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ vision by delivering reliable, high-quality elevators that are engineered and manufactured in India.”

Gaurav Bansal, Managing Director, Polo Elevators, added, “The Experience Centre marks an important milestone for us. It brings our technology and craftsmanship closer to customers and helps them understand how different elevator solutions can fit their specific needs. Whether it’s a luxury villa, a residential tower, a hospital, or a commercial complex, our goal is to guide customers toward the most efficient, safe, and customized solution. It also reflects our continued focus on innovation and our commitment to building world-class elevator systems from India for both domestic and global markets.”

The Experience Centre highlights customisation across interiors, finishes, lighting systems and cabin layouts, allowing users to tailor solutions to specific requirements. Polo Elevators currently serves markets across North India and plans to expand its footprint further by 2030.
