Jenika Ventures launches 36-day property festival with bundled offer

Jenika Ventures has launched a 36-day property campaign, the Billionaires Property Festival, offering eligible buyers an additional property at no extra cost. Under the ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ proposition, buyers purchasing a home will receive office space, while those purchasing an office will receive a plot, subject to terms and conditions.

Launched on 11 October 2026, the campaign brings residential, commercial and land assets under a single offer. The company said the initiative aims to encourage buyers to consider owning an additional asset alongside their primary property purchase.

Commenting on the campaign, Abhishek Raj, Promoter, Jenika Ventures, said the offer was designed to give buyers an opportunity to acquire a second asset as part of a property transaction.

The 36-day campaign is open to eligible buyers, subject to the applicable terms and conditions. The company has not disclosed the locations, sizes or valuations of the properties being offered, or the detailed eligibility criteria.
