Krisumi to Invest Rs. 13 bn in Gurugram Luxury Housing Phases

Gurugram-based Krisumi Corporation has started construction of two luxury residential phases in Sector 36A, Gurugram, as part of its 33.38-acre Krisumi City development. The company plans to invest more than Rs. 13 bn in the projects over the next five years, with an estimated revenue potential exceeding Rs. 40 bn.

The Forest Reserve and The Forest Reserve-II, identified as Phases 5 and 6 of Krisumi City, will comprise 542 residential units. Construction commenced after a bhoomi pujan ceremony, and the development will cover approximately 1.67 mn sq ft.

The project will offer two-, three- and four-bedroom LDK residences ranging from 2,166 sq ft to 3,993 sq ft. Prices will start at approximately Rs. 49 mn, depending on the configuration and applicable charges. Japanese architectural firm Nikken Sekkei has designed the project, with an emphasis on spatial planning, functionality and nature-inspired design.

Residents will have access to The Cascades Club, a 162,000-sq-ft facility within Krisumi City. The club includes recreational and social spaces, dining areas, lounges, spa facilities and an indoor sports arena. Krisumi City is planned as an integrated development comprising residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and social infrastructure.

The project is located along the Dwarka Expressway, where connectivity improvements and infrastructure expansion have supported premium housing development and large township projects. Krisumi Corporation is a joint venture between Japan's Sumitomo Corporation and India's Krishna Group. The developer has positioned Krisumi City around Japanese craftsmanship and Indian hospitality as it expands its presence in Gurugram's high-end residential market.
