M3M India launches Black Circle for branded residence owners

M3M India has launched M3M Black Circle, an invitation-only platform offering owners of its branded residences access to exclusive experiences and interactions with global luxury brands. The initiative comes as the company plans to expand its branded residential portfolio from approximately 6.9 million sq ft to 10 million sq ft by the end of 2026, targeting an additional revenue of Rs 134 billion.

The platform aims to extend the branded homeownership experience beyond residences, design and amenities through curated events and access to the people and creative vision behind international luxury brands.

Black Circle made its debut in Paris, where owners of Jacob & Co. and ELIE SAAB residences participated in a curated programme that included interactions with Jacob Arabo and Elie Saab Jr., private dining experiences and luxury cruises.

The initiative follows earlier engagements for owners of M3M's Trump-branded residences, including an interaction with Donald Trump Jr. in the United States. Through Black Circle, the company aims to make such experiences part of its branded-residences offering.

Robin Mangla, President, M3M India, said the platform was designed to offer homeowners access to the founders, designers and visionaries behind global luxury brands. He said the company intended to make these experiences an extension of the branded living proposition.

M3M India, together with Smartworld, has a branded-residences portfolio comprising three Trump developments, two ELIE SAAB developments and one Jacob & Co. development. According to the company, the portfolio spans approximately 6.9 million sq ft and has around 500 homeowners.

The company plans to expand the portfolio to 10 million sq ft by the end of 2026 and is in discussions with international luxury brands for further collaborations in the Indian real estate market. It also intends to extend Black Circle across its branded-residences portfolio.
