ONE Atmosphere Launches Luxury Suites in Gurugram

M3M India, in collaboration with global hospitality brand ONE Atmosphere, has launched the ‘ONE Atmosphere Suites – Corner Walk’ in Gurugram. This debut development in India will feature 256 fully serviced luxury suites, with operations set to begin in winter 2026.
The project combines residential living with top-tier hospitality services, designed for business travellers, project professionals, and long-stay guests. It emphasises flexibility, space, and efficiency, reflecting Atmosphere Core’s award-winning Maldives-born hospitality philosophy.
Salil Panigrahi, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Atmosphere Core, highlighted the strategic significance of Gurugram for the brand's expansion in India. Robin Mangla, President of M3M India, emphasized how the project will redefine the perception of luxury serviced properties in the country.
Sandeep Ahuja, Managing Director of ONE Atmosphere and Atmosphere Living, announced plans for further collaboration, targeting the development of premium serviced hospitality assets across key Indian cities like Gurugram and Noida, as well as international markets including Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and the UAE. The brand aims to add 7,500 keys globally over the next five years.
The property will offer high-end amenities, including a terrace-level club, pool, specialty café, a signature restaurant, co-working spaces, private conference rooms, and wellness facilities such as a gym and spa. Interiors will be designed by renowned architect Rohit Gulati, with contributions from local artists for a distinctive aesthetic.
