Mahindra Lifespaces Launches Ultra Premium Tower In Mahalaxmi

Mahindra Lifespaces Developers Limited has launched Mahindra BeaconHill, an ultra-premium residential development in the Mahalaxmi enclave of South Mumbai. The project carries an estimated gross development value of Rs 16.5 billion (Rs 16.5 bn) and rises on one point six eight acres as a standalone 58-storey architectural landmark. The scheme is positioned for buyers seeking privacy, scale and exclusivity.

Mahindra BeaconHill comprises 198 expansive residences and offers three, three point five and four BHK homes that are crafted for discerning homebuyers seeking a prestigious South Mumbai address. Residences are planned to maximise natural light and cross ventilation and deliver expansive layouts with decks and panoramic views of the sea, the iconic Mahalaxmi Racecourse and Mumbai skyline.

The development features over 32,000 sq. ft. of curated amenities, including a simulated golf and bicycle experience and a signature rooftop lounge with panoramic vistas of the city and sea. The amenity programme is designed to deliver a holistic, experience-led lifestyle while maintaining low density across the podium and tower.

The company described the launch as a return to South Mumbai and said there has been strong demand in the region for a trusted and credible brand like Mahindra Lifespaces. It stated the project underscores a commitment to delivering homes that combine thoughtful design, exclusivity and lasting relevance and that the offering is crafted for a select few seeking modern homes and privacy.

Located centrally within one of the city's most prestigious residential districts, the development benefits from proximity to major business hubs, premium social infrastructure and cultural landmarks. It is intended to set a new benchmark for elevated living by combining location advantage and Mahindra's legacy.

Established in 1994, Mahindra Lifespaces reports a development footprint of 53.65 million (53.65 mn) sq. ft. of saleable area across seven Indian cities and over 5,000 acres of ongoing and forthcoming projects. The company highlighted its Net Zero homes commitment from 2030, noted a 100 per cent green portfolio since 2014 and said it is working towards carbon neutrality by 2040.
