Capacit'e Infra Wins Rs 7.41 Bn Mahindra Lifespaces Order

Capacit'e Infraprojects has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) worth approximately Rs 7.41 billion, excluding GST, from Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited for construction works in Mumbai.

The LOI covers core and shell works for Mahindra Rainforest at Kanjurmarg and Mahindra Beacon Hill at Mahalaxmi. The contract expands Capacit'e Infraprojects' portfolio of projects for leading real estate developers.

Rahul Katyal, Managing Director, Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited, said the association with Mahindra Lifespace Developers reflects confidence in the company's engineering expertise, project management capabilities and ability to execute complex projects at scale.

The company said the order is expected to strengthen its portfolio, improve visibility among premium developers and support its long-term growth strategy.
