Mayfair Housing Marks 61 Years with 4 Million Sq Ft Pipeline

Mayfair Housing, one of Mumbai’s trusted real estate developers, has completed 61 years of operations. Over six decades, the company has delivered more than 1 crore sq ft of development, 50 lakh sq ft of TDR, and provided homes to over 10,000 families. With over 50 projects and 25 society redevelopments completed, Mayfair has maintained a track record of 100 per cent on-time delivery with Occupation Certificates.

For 2025–26, Mayfair has lined up over 4 million sq ft of development. Upcoming launches include a mixed-use project in Borivali, a commercial complex in Malad, residential redevelopments in Santacruz, Bandra, Dahisar and Dadar, and a two-acre freehold land project in Mira Road. Six new projects totalling nearly 2 million sq ft are already in the pipeline.
