Mayfair Housing Marks 61 Years with 4 Million Sq Ft Pipeline

Mayfair Housing, one of Mumbai’s trusted real estate developers, has completed 61 years of operations. Over six decades, the company has delivered more than 1 crore sq ft of development, 50 lakh sq ft of TDR, and provided homes to over 10,000 families. For 2025–26, Mayfair has lined up over 4 million sq ft of development. Six new projects totalling nearly 2 million sq ft are already in the pipeline.
