Oberoi Realty sells flats worth Rs 1,348 cr in 3 days of Maha project launch

Oberoi Realty has achieved impressive sales of luxury homes totaling Rs 1,348 crore in just three days following the launch of its new 75-acre residential project in Thane, part of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Launched on October 18, the project, named 'Oberoi Garden City Thane,' will be developed and marketed in phases.

The company reported a gross booking value of approximately Rs 1,348 crore for 5.65 lakh sq ft of carpet area within the initial three days, according to a regulatory filing.

The sprawling project will feature over 30 world-class amenities, a 5-star deluxe JW Marriott Hotel Thane Garden City, and an Oberoi International School.

The first phase includes five residential towers, with bookings for two towers opening on October 18, 2024.
