Radisson to hit 200 hotels by FY24

With travel and tourism picking up after the pandemi, Radisson Hotel Group plans to expand its portfolio from 140 to 200 hotels by FY24. The company is on track to close FY23 with a 15% occupancy rate above pre-covid levels, indicating that business is back on track.

Radisson Group has 150 hotels in operation or development in 60+ locations. Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson RED, Radisson Individuals, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson, Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, and prizeotel are all part of the Radisson portfolio.

“We continue to expand and strengthen our footprint across the country. We also sign around 12-14 hotels every year. So we aim to get to 200 hotels by FY24,” said Zubin Saxena, Managing Director and Vice-President Operations, South Asia, Radisson Hotel Group.

According to him, most opportunities in India for Radisson will be defined through Radisson Red whereas Park Inn will lead the mid-market group story, the hospitality firm.
