Signature Global Plans Luxury Farmhouses in Gurugram

Signature Global has announced its entry into Gurugram West, also known as Farrukhnagar, with plans for an ultra-luxury farmhouse villa destination spread across 194.22 acres. The real estate developer has acquired 25 acres and signed a Collaboration Agreement for a further 169.22 acres, bringing the planned development area to the stated total.

The project is expected to offer approximately 6.77 mn sq. ft. of developable potential and carry a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs. 55-60 bn, according to a company statement. It is planned as an invitation-only residential development, combining private villas with sport, hospitality, leisure and lifestyle facilities.

Signature Global said the proposed enclave would be low-density and focused on privacy, open space and an exclusive community environment. The development is intended to position the residence as one part of a broader luxury offering, with the surrounding setting and curated experiences forming a central part of the proposition.

The site is about 15 minutes by road from the Dwarka Expressway and is connected to the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway. It also has frontage along Farrukhnagar-Wazirpur Road, providing access to established residential and commercial areas in Gurugram, as well as Delhi and other parts of the National Capital Region.

Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder and Chairman of Signature Global, said the company had been assessing Farrukhnagar because of its proximity to major expressways and the availability of large open land parcels. He said the project would not follow a conventional residential development model and would expand the company’s pipeline while giving it an entry into a segment defined by the quality of its environment, community exclusivity and related experiences.

In the first quarter of the current fiscal year, Signature Global reported sales bookings of Rs. 19.7 bn. It has delivered 19.2 mn sq. ft. of real estate so far. For FY2025-26, sales bookings stood at Rs. 82.5 bn, making it the fifth-largest listed real estate company by that measure.
