Tonino Lamborghini Residences Phase 1 Sells Out in Gurugram

Signature Global and Italian luxury lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini have announced the complete sell-out of Phase 1 of Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Gurugram, marking the brand’s entry into India’s residential real estate market. Phase 2 is expected to be launched soon with approximately the same number of units as the first phase.

Located in Sector 71 on Southern Peripheral Road, the development will comprise 812 premium residences across both phases. The project offers 3, 4 and 4.5 BHK configurations across approximately 12.40 acres and forms part of SG SPR Estate, an integrated development combining residential, commercial and recreational spaces.

The residential project consists of five towers, each rising 41 floors above ground, with four residences per core. Its design incorporates landscaped green spaces through a Vertical Village concept, while a Social Ribbon connects residents through shared and open areas. The development has received an Indian Green Building Council Platinum rating, the highest level under the organisation’s green building certification framework.

Tonino Lamborghini Total Living Creative Director Angela Krieger leads the international design team. Handel Architects of New York is the principal architect, Bose Brothers Architects is the executive architect and Carlos Rossi is responsible for the interiors. The project is intended to combine Tonino Lamborghini’s Italian design heritage with Signature Global’s development expertise.

The development has connectivity to Dwarka Expressway, NH-48, Golf Course Road and Indira Gandhi International Airport. SG SPR Estate is also anchored by a 25-acre commercial business district being developed with RMZ Corporation. Signature Global said the response to Phase 1 reflected demand for globally inspired, design-led homes and the growing relevance of branded residences in India’s luxury housing market. A Savills report cited by the company projects that nearly 25 ultra-luxury branded residential projects in India could be completed by 2032, with the country among the world’s top 10 branded residential markets.
