According to CEO Vivek Singhal of Smart World Developers, the company would spend close to $30 million on the construction of three buildings totalling roughly 8 million square feet of residential space in Gurgaon.

According to him, the company is looking into projects in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Pune while the first phase of the three projects is set to begin in 2023.
