SPAN FLOORS’ Pioneer Series Redefines Sustainable Outdoor Decking

SPAN FLOORS has introduced the Pioneer Series, a new generation of high-performance outdoor composite decking designed to meet the rising demand for durable, refined and sustainable outdoor spaces in India. Aimed at luxury homeowners, architects, designers and hospitality projects, the collection combines advanced composite engineering with rare-wood aesthetics, reinforcing SPAN FLOORS’ position as a premium provider of wood flooring, cladding and decking solutions.

The Pioneer Series is manufactured using reinforced bamboo foamed-PVC composite technology, offering enhanced durability, dimensional stability and long-term performance. High-resolution digital surface printing replicates the natural grain, colour and texture of rare and endangered timber species with high accuracy. Finishes inspired by woods such as Ipe, African Rosewood, Yellow Balau, Acacia, Spotted Gum, Eucalyptus, Weathered Ash, Marula and Barrel Oak allow users to achieve a premium wood appearance without contributing to deforestation.

What sets the collection apart is its multi-layer construction, featuring a bamboo-based foamed-PVC core reinforced with glass fibre and finished with a high-performance protective wear layer. This structure improves resistance to fading, stains and scratches, while significantly reducing expansion and contraction, making the decking suitable for India’s varied climatic conditions.

“The Pioneer Series exemplifies our commitment to bringing world-class, sustainable outdoor solutions to India,” said Satinder Chawla, Managing Director, SPAN FLOORS. “It delivers the richness of rare wood aesthetics in a durable, low-maintenance and environmentally responsible format.”

The range offers design flexibility through multiple profiles, including grooved boards, square-edge boards, starter boards and fascia elements for decking, cladding and vertical applications. Available in various widths and compatible with efficient installation systems, the series ensures seamless execution.

Produced using recycled materials and rapidly renewable bamboo, with partial solar-powered manufacturing, the Pioneer Series reflects SPAN FLOORS’ focus on eco-friendly, responsible luxury. The collection is now available across major Indian cities through SPAN FLOORS’ showrooms and authorised dealers.
