SPAN FLOORS Brings Italy’s Bespoke Flooring Brand Flooma to India

SPAN FLOORS has expanded its design-focused portfolio with the introduction of Flooma, an Italian atelier known for customised wooden floors and intricate inlay craftsmanship, to the Indian market.
Rooted in Italian woodworking traditions, Flooma specialises in translating architectural concepts into one-off flooring designs. Clients can customise existing patterns or commission entirely new layouts, with flexibility across materials, finishes and inlay detailing. This makes the brand particularly suited to luxury residences, boutique hospitality projects and design-led spaces where flooring forms an integral part of the interior narrative.
SPAN FLOORS said the introduction of Flooma reflects a strategic shift towards bespoke, design-driven materials rather than catalogue-based offerings. All Flooma collections launched in India have been assessed for structural performance, finish durability and suitability for Indian climatic conditions. The engineered wood construction ensures long-term stability while supporting responsible use of hardwood resources.
Commenting on the launch, Satinder Chawla, Managing Director, SPAN FLOORS, said Flooma functions more like an Italian workshop for architectural floors, offering architects and clients the ability to control every aspect of design rather than opting for standardised wood flooring solutions.
Flooma follows a structured bespoke process covering concept development, layout proposals, sampling, production updates and final quality checks, enabling customised floors to be executed reliably in live projects. Its range spans refined contemporary parquet to highly customised geometric and fluid compositions, incorporating handcrafted inlays using wood, resin and metal accents.
With this addition, SPAN FLOORS strengthens its positioning as a curator of high-performance, design-forward interior materials, offering specification support and precision installation to ensure long-term performance. The Flooma range is now available through SPAN FLOORS’ flagship showrooms in Greater Kailash II and MG Road, New Delhi, as well as its authorised dealer network across major Indian cities.
