Sugee, Wyndham to Launch Vienna House Residences in UAE

Sugee Group and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts have partnered to develop the first Vienna House Residences by Wyndham on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. The project marks the Vienna House brand’s debut in the Middle East and its entry into branded residences.

The agreement was signed at a ceremony in Dubai attended by senior representatives of both organisations, including Govind Mundra, Head of Development for the Middle East and Africa at Wyndham. Vienna House by Wyndham is a European lifestyle brand known for contemporary design, service and a social approach to hospitality.

The residences will be fully furnished and hospitality-led, combining hotel services with the privacy of a home. Sugee says the project will be the only development on Al Marjan Island to offer short-term rentals. Residents will also receive a complimentary one-year Wyndham Rewards Platinum membership, preferred rates at more than 8,400 hotels and access to member-only offers.

Sheikh Saqr bin Omar Al Qasimi, CEO of Marjan Development, said the project would combine international hospitality with residential living and contribute to the island’s development as a destination for residents and investors.

Sugee has appointed Invespy as its UAE sales partner. The company has also opened a sales centre in Dubai Marina, where prospective buyers can explore the residences and the project’s design, hospitality and investment proposition.

Commenting on the project, Imran Khan, Founder and CEO of Inspy, Sugee Group’s partner in the UAE, said the combination of a global hospitality brand and short-term rental options was designed to appeal to both residents and investors.

Dimitris Manikis, President, EMEA, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, said the development would introduce Vienna House to the Middle East and mark the brand’s first branded residences globally. He described the partnership with Sugee Group as an opportunity to create long-term value for residents and investors.

Sugee’s expansion into the UAE reflects its focus on hospitality-led developments in the region. The company said the Al Marjan Island project combines its development expertise with Wyndham’s international hospitality platform.
