With companies opting for a hybrid work paradigm and demand for flexible space on the rise, managed and flexible office provider WeWork is looking to expand its operated office space business across the country.
WeWork has partnered with a Noida-based real estate builder to manage 6.6 million square feet of office space with 8500 desks, making it the company's largest operator office agreement to date. The builder will own the whole building profit and loss, as well as any fitout investments, under this partnership and agreement structure.
The WeWork x Alphathum alliance, which was facilitated by prominent consultancy company Colliers, is one of the largest commercial real estate transactions ever.
