DAAKit Raises $138,000 in Pre-Seed Round

DAAKit has raised $138,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures to expand its hyperlocal fulfilment network and strengthen technology capabilities.

The company plans to use the funds to launch 25 new dark stores across Tier I and Tier II cities, enhance its technology infrastructure, and expand its leadership and operations teams. Currently operational in Delhi, Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata, DAAKit is also piloting expansion into Tier II markets through Lucknow.

Built on an asset-light, technology-driven model, the platform enables brands to position inventory closer to customers, reducing delivery timelines while maintaining strong unit economics. Since inception, the company has recorded consistent 15–20 per cent growth in order volumes and revenue, alongside double-digit EBITDA performance.

DAAKit fulfils thousands of orders daily across its network and aims to scale to nearly 500,000 monthly orders as it expands operations. The company focuses on building decentralised logistics infrastructure through dark stores and AI-led fulfilment systems.

Inflection Point Ventures stated that DAAKit’s scalable and capital-efficient model positions it well to address inefficiencies in India’s logistics sector, which continues to face high costs and limited access to reliable fulfilment for small businesses.
