myHQ targets Rs 10 billion revenue from UAE market

myHQ is targeting revenue of Rs 10 billion from the UAE market over its first three years of operations in Dubai. The company entered the market in August 2026 with a consulting model aimed at helping Indian and international businesses establish operations in the UAE.

Utkarsh Kawatra, Co-founder and CEO, myHQ, said Dubai represents an estimated Rs 100 billion market and is a strategic growth market for the company’s global expansion plans. “We expect Dubai to generate Rs 10 billion revenue in the first three years,” he said.

The company cited growing activity by Indian businesses in the UAE. More than 18,400 new Indian companies joined the Dubai Chamber of Commerce in 2025, an 11 per cent increase from the previous year. A further 7,579 joined in the first half of 2026, taking active Indian member companies to 85,841 as of June 2026, up 15 per cent year-on-year. In DMCC, Indian businesses constitute the largest international business community, with more than 4,080 companies.

Bilateral trade is also supporting business activity. India-UAE trade crossed $100 billion for the second consecutive year in FY2025-26 under the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). The two countries have set a target of increasing bilateral trade to $200 billion by 2032.

myHQ is expanding its commercial real estate platform to include business setup services. These will cover free-zone, mainland and offshore structures, including jurisdiction selection, licensing, registration, tax structuring, Golden Visa and accounting network partnerships. Depending on requirements, the company will also assist with establishment cards, visas, Emirates ID and corporate banking applications.

The company has structured its offering into three modules: ‘Start in Dubai’, ‘Expand to Dubai’ and ‘Move to Dubai’, targeting Indian SMEs, established businesses, start-up founders, professionals and families relocating to the GCC.

Kawatra said myHQ’s Dubai operations would cover all seven Emirates, with a focus on business jurisdictions including DMCC, RAKEZ, IFZA, Meydan, DIFC and ADGM, as well as mainland and offshore structures. The company aims to combine business setup assistance with commercial real estate services for Indian businesses entering the UAE.
