SIG Tattva Invests Rs 3.5 Crore in Crion Technologies

SIG Tattva, the corporate venture capital arm of Somany Impresa Group (promoter group of AGI Greenpac and Hindware Home Innovation, has invested Rs 3.5 crore in Crion Technologies, a deep-tech company developing solutions in IoT, AI, AR/VR, and cloud technologies. 

Crion’s flagship platform Clonos, a digital twin solution, is transforming asset management with real-time insights and predictive capabilities. Vishnuvardhan Jayachandran, CEO of Crion Technologies, said: “This collaboration gives us the momentum to scale faster, accelerate product development, and expand into new markets. Together, we can unlock meaningful impact at scale.” 

Alongside the investment, SIG Tattva launched its flagship ‘Pilot Before Pitch (PBP)’ programme, an industry-first initiative enabling start-ups to validate solutions in live industrial settings. The event brought together leading venture capital firms, start-ups, academia, and senior leaders from Somany Impresa Group.
