TechnoStruct Group Leads BIM Placement Drive in Delhi

TechnoStruct Group conducted a BIM-focused placement drive at Aryabhatt Institute of Technology in collaboration with Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University, aimed at strengthening industry-ready talent in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) sector.
The initiative focused on building awareness around Building Information Modelling (BIM) while enabling direct employment opportunities for trained students. It aligns with national skilling priorities led by NITI Aayog and broader programmes such as Make in India and Build in India.
The drive reflects a shift towards developing high-value, technology-driven capabilities among engineering graduates, supporting India’s transition from cost-led to skill-led global competitiveness.
Industry experts engaged students through mentorship and exposure to real-world BIM workflows, enhancing employability and readiness for complex infrastructure projects.
TechnoStruct highlighted its global project experience, including work on Google Bay View Campus, demonstrating the growing relevance of BIM in delivering large-scale, sustainable developments.
The initiative underscores the increasing importance of industry-academia collaboration in bridging skill gaps, as BIM adoption expands across infrastructure and urban development projects in India.
