Bharat Oman to mop up $140 mn via ECB

JV company Bharat Oman Refineries plans to raise $140 mn through ECBs for financing the balance capital expenditure at Bina refinery. This would be the last of the fund-raising initiatives for this phase, which has already entailed a Rs 12,700 crore investment.
