The best promising pockets close to India's major cities
Property consultant Knight Frank has come out with a report that has listed number of promising locations. Such locations are Bhiwadi and Dharuhera, Neemrana, Ranjanapada and Yelahanka and described these locations as 'hidden gems'. The mentioned pockets are supposed to have good infrastructure, well-connected roads, expanding city limits and increasing property prices. These factors make home buyers to opt for properties in these pockets that are located in places close to metro cities.
To attract potential home buyers, developers are offering properties at such locations. Buying property in a location that is well-connected and an upcoming industrial hub is apt not only from the end-user point of view but also from the investment point of view, said PS Jayakumar, MD of Bangalore-based Value and Budget Housing Corporation (VBHC).
With the launch of affordable properties in areas close to major Indian cities, developers are targeting both first time home buyers and investors.
