Adani Group Posts Record Earnings And Rs 678.7 Billion Capex

The Adani Group reported a strong first half of FY26, delivering record earnings and accelerated capital expenditure as its core infrastructure operations continued to fuel growth.

The conglomerate invested Rs 678.7 billion (USD 7.6 billion) in the first half of the fiscal year, pushing its gross assets to Rs 6.77 trillion (USD 76 billion). The group said it remains on track to meet its full-year capex guidance of Rs 1.5 trillion.

Adani’s trailing twelve-month EBITDA rose to an all-time high of Rs 929.43 billion (USD 10.4 billion), an increase of 11.2 per cent year-on-year. For H1 FY26, EBITDA stood at Rs 473.75 billion, with 83 per cent of contributions coming from its core utilities, transport and infrastructure businesses.
