Affle Names Sameer Sondhi CEO North America

Affle has recently appointed Sameer Sondhi as Chief Executive Officer, North America, along with the additional responsibility of Chief Strategic Investments Officer. The move supports the company’s long-term expansion strategy in developed markets, aligned with its 3i vision centred on Innovation, Impact and Intelligence.

In this senior leadership role, Sondhi will lead Affle’s North America growth plans while driving strategic investments to strengthen both organic and inorganic expansion. He brings deep experience in global adtech and digital media, particularly across developed markets.

Sondhi was most recently associated with Verve, where he held senior positions including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing global strategy, operations and revenue growth. Earlier, he served at InMobi, contributing to business expansion across North America, Europe and Asia. He holds a master’s degree in computer science.

Commenting on the appointment, Anuj Khanna Sohum, Chairperson, MD & CEO, Affle, said the leadership addition marks a significant step in reinforcing the company’s presence in developed markets and advancing its strategic investment roadmap.

Sondhi said he is keen to contribute to Affle’s next phase of growth, leveraging its AI-driven consumer intelligence and performance-led advertising capabilities to deliver scalable and profitable outcomes.
