BHIVE Opens New 2,000-Desk Co-Working Hub In Bengaluru

Co-working firm BHIVE Workspace has launched a new premium centre in Bengaluru, featuring over 2,000 desks across 100,000 square feet of office space. The facility, located at Sattva Premia in Bellandur, sits on the city’s bustling Outer Ring Road (ORR) — one of Bengaluru’s most sought-after business corridors.

In a statement released on Friday, BHIVE said it has leased the space from leading real estate developer Sattva Group, reinforcing its presence in the city’s Grade A commercial property market.

Shesh Rao Paplikar, Founder and CEO of BHIVE Workspace, said the expansion aims to meet the growing demand for high-quality flexible office spaces from corporates, enterprises, and an increasing number of Global Capability Centres (GCCs).

“The new Grade A centre strengthens our position in Bengaluru’s business corridor and offers exceptional accessibility through HSR Layout and the upcoming Blue Line metro,” Paplikar said.

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Bengaluru, BHIVE now operates 28 centres across Bengaluru and Mumbai, covering a total of 1.8 million square feet of premium workspace. The company continues to expand aggressively, capitalising on India’s surging demand for flexible, tech-enabled offices.
