Bondada Engineering Secures Rs. 425.08 mn Of Orders

Bondada Engineering Limited (the Company) has secured multiple orders aggregating to Rs. 425.08 mn, strengthening its order book across telecom infrastructure and environmental sustainability segments. The orders were received through domestic contracting channels and encompass government and institutional work. The Company conveyed the awards in a regulatory filing to the stock exchange, outlining key contractual terms and execution timelines.

A letter of award from Telangana Police Housing, Infratech and Consultancy Services Corporation Limited (TGPICS) covers the supply of self-supported communication towers and prefabricated equipment rooms across Telangana. The project forms part of a critical communication infrastructure initiative for the Telangana Police IT and Communication Department aimed at enhancing statewide networks. The scope spans design, supply, fabrication, erection, installation and commissioning of telecom towers and associated rooms.

An additional order was placed by Fixity Technologies Private Limited (Fixity Technologies) for the delivery and deployment of Plastic Waste Management Units under the Swachh Andhra Corporation (SAC). The project will be executed through the Company's subsidiary ATPOLE Technologies (ATPOLE) leveraging its brushless direct current motors technology for efficient operation. The engagement supports sustainable waste management and environmental infrastructure development.

Contractual details indicate that the orders are domestic in nature and are not related party transactions, with no promoter interest in the awarding entities. The contracts are to be executed within a period of two to eight months from signing, with the aggregate consideration quoted as Rs. 425.08 mn inclusive of taxes. The Company set out responsibilities for supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance where applicable.

The inflow of diversified orders is expected to reinforce the Company's execution capabilities across mission critical telecom infrastructure and environmental solutions, further strengthening its position in government and institutional project segments. Management indicated that continued order wins will underpin operational momentum and stakeholder confidence as the projects progress towards completion.
