BorgWarner Extends OEM Supply Deal Till 2032

BorgWarner has secured a seven-year contract extension to supply eight families of engine, machine, power module and battery management system controllers to a leading off-highway manufacturer through December 2032.

The renewed agreement builds on a partnership spanning several decades and covers applications including construction vehicles, marine platforms and stationary power systems.

BorgWarner said its engine controllers are designed to improve combustion efficiency and reduce emissions across large diesel applications. Its machine controllers process operator inputs to manage actuators for precise and safe equipment movement in demanding environments.

The company will also supply power module controllers for electric machines and battery management system controllers, underlining its capability to support both conventional and electrified propulsion systems.

The extension strengthens BorgWarner’s position as a long-term technology partner in the evolving off-highway mobility market.
