Capacit'e Infraprojects Q1 Revenue Rises 7% to Rs 6.29 Billion

Capacit'e Infraprojects reported a 7% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue from operations to Rs 6.29 billion in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 5.89 billion in Q1 FY26.

The company said revenue growth during the quarter was affected by a shortage of workmen during the first half of the period.

EBITDA stood at Rs 0.99 billion, down 3% from Rs 1.02 billion in Q1 FY26, while EBITDA margin moderated to 15.7% from 17.2%. EBIT declined 8% to Rs 0.80 billion, with an EBIT margin of 12.5%.

Profit after tax stood at Rs 0.40 billion compared with Rs 0.47 billion in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, while PAT margin was 6.2%.

Gross debt as of June 30, 2026, stood at Rs 5.22 billion. Gross debt-to-equity was 0.27x, while net debt-to-equity stood at 0.16x.

The company reported a standalone order book of Rs 135.35 billion as of June 30, 2026, with public sector projects accounting for 55% and private sector projects contributing 45%. Year-to-date order booking stood at Rs 10.71 billion.

Rohit Katyal, Executive Chairman, Capacit'e Infraprojects, said Q1 performance was affected by workmen shortages and restrictions on water supply to construction sites in Mumbai. He added that execution has since normalised and the company remains confident of meeting its FY27 guidance.

The company said a healthy bid pipeline, improved credit profile and disciplined financial management are expected to support execution and future growth.
