CBI Arrests NHAI GM, Others

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested the General Manager (GM) of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and six others in a bribery case involving Rs 10 lakh in Madhya Pradesh. The CBI operation uncovered a corruption scheme where the NHAI GM and other officials allegedly accepted bribes to facilitate and expedite official processes. The arrested individuals include government officials and private contractors who were part of a larger network engaged in corrupt practices.
