Commercial Bank of Ceylon Adopts Aurionpro Cash Platform

Aurionpro Solutions Limited (Aurionpro) has gone live with its next-generation cash management platform, iCashpro, at Commercial Bank of Ceylon (CBC) on 20 February 2026, marking a significant milestone in CBC's digital transformation. The deployment focuses initially on payments and portals functionality and establishes a foundation for wider modernisation across the bank's cash management stack.

Planned phases will extend to liquidity management, post-dated cheque reporting and virtual account management, aiming to deliver a unified end-to-end digital experience for corporate clients. Aurionpro indicated that the platform will support improved operational efficiency, scalability and security for high-volume corporate banking operations. The implementation includes enterprise-grade controls and a modern portal layer to enhance treasury workflows.

With iCashpro payments live, CBC will be able to offer enhanced speed, security and control to corporate customers while improving resilience and operational scalability. The bank expects the change to strengthen its cash management foundation for scale and to support long-term growth in institutional banking services. The platform is expected to reduce manual touchpoints and accelerate reconciliation cycles for corporate clients.

CBC, recognised at the 2025 Euromoney Transaction Banking Awards, has continued to invest in modern infrastructure to meet evolving corporate needs and to deliver superior client outcomes. Bank and Aurionpro executives indicated that the timely deployment validated the platform's quality and their joint capacity to execute mission-critical transaction banking projects.

Aurionpro, a global enterprise technology leader backed by more than 3,000 experts, will use its payments and portals stack to underpin further product rollouts and integrations. The partnership is positioned to support CBC's ambition in digital corporate banking while clearly demonstrating Aurionpro's capability to deliver resilient, always-on platforms for corporate clients.
