Donaldson Posts Record Q3 Sales and Earnings

Donaldson Company reported record third-quarter fiscal 2026 sales of $995.1 million, approximately Rs 83.09 billion, up 5.8 per cent year-on-year. GAAP net earnings rose to $118.1 million, approximately Rs 9.86 billion, from $57.8 million, around Rs 4.83 billion, a year earlier.

Adjusted net earnings stood at $125.5 million, approximately Rs 10.48 billion, while adjusted EPS increased 7.1 per cent to $1.06. Operating margin was 15.6 per cent, while adjusted operating margin reached an all-time high of 16.6 per cent.

Mobile Solutions sales grew 8.1 per cent, supported by higher volumes, favourable currency translation and pricing benefits. Off-Road sales rose 8.8 per cent, driven by improved construction demand, while Aftermarket sales increased 8.1 per cent. Life Sciences sales grew 12.7 per cent, led by Food and Beverage and Disk Drive equipment demand.

Industrial Solutions sales declined 0.6 per cent, impacted by weaker Aerospace and Defence sales. Donaldson also completed the $829 million, approximately Rs 69.22 billion, acquisition of Facet Filtration, strengthening its Industrial Solutions portfolio. The company narrowed its fiscal 2026 outlook and expects record sales, adjusted operating margin and adjusted EPS.
