Eurobond Opens Delhi Experience Centre To Shift Architectural Sourcing

Eurobond opened its flagship Experience Centre in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi, designed to let industry professionals physically interact with premium architectural materials and to shift architectural sourcing from desk catalogues to immersive retail. The facility provides a hands-on, technically rich playroom where architects, developers and façade consultants can inspect cladding systems in full scale, supported by material experts to guide specification and design decisions.

The launch marks a strategic milestone in the company's regional expansion and addresses shifts in the NCR architectural landscape alongside growing climatic sensitivities. The facility features Louvers and Fins designed to capitalise on sun, wind and rain to facilitate naturalised ventilation and offers sustainable aluminium composite panels that are 100 per cent recyclable at end of life. The company expects the centre to act as a commercial catalyst for NCR growth and national scale-up.

The centre houses over 300 designs across 30 product ranges, with full sheet specimens enabling professionals to assess pattern, texture and material behaviour in varying light. It showcases signature innovations including the engineered solid panel EURODUAL with a dual-face capability and the Midas Touch range featuring gold-toned streaks for premium aesthetics. The physical setup allows close inspection of structural integrity, colour consistency and tactile finishes to inform specification choices.

Materials at the centre are supported by the company's in-house laboratory with NABL accreditation for colour and coil testing across 16 parameters, and these panels are specified on major projects such as Guwahati Airport and the SBI Building in Mumbai. Regional installations at Noida International Airport and M3M Trump Towers Gurgaon exemplify the firm's presence in the NCR. The company is targeting 15 per cent brand growth next financial year, has allocated Rs 60-70 million (mn) for product innovations and plans to open 20 additional Experience Centres, and senior management said the new facility signals a strategic commitment to capture the northern market.
