Kashmir Waterways To Be Revived With Kochi Style Electric Boats

Kashmir is set to revive its inland waterways through the introduction of Kochi style electric boat services, which authorities say are intended to boost sustainable transport and tourism in the valley. The initiative is described by officials as a move to modernise waterborne mobility while preserving local livelihoods and heritage.
