Krystal Integrated Wins Rs 280 mn Cleaning Contract

Krystal Integrated Services Limited (KISL) has secured a work order from the Director of Backward Classes Welfare Department, Andhra Pradesh, to provide cleaning and sanitation services across government hostels, the company said in a regulatory filing. The contract, valued at approximately Rs 276.4 mn, covers facility management services including manpower and materials for BC Welfare hostels in Multi Zone-II and spans 563 hostels across 13 districts. The order is for a period of two academic years, with each academic year comprising 10.5 months.

Shares of Krystal Integrated rose 1.38 per cent to Rs 608.25 following the announcement, reflecting investor response to the contract win. The company clarified that the award was made by a domestic entity in the ordinary course of business and does not involve related party transactions. Management said the engagement will support ongoing operations in the education and government sectors.

KISL is a diversified provider of integrated facility management services, staffing solutions, security services, catering and waste management across India. The company serves sectors such as healthcare, education, city infrastructure and manufacturing, and provides services to state government entities, municipal bodies, airports, railways and metro infrastructure. The filing underlined the company's reach in municipal and corporate segments and its capability to mobilise resources across multiple districts. The new contract is expected to strengthen recurring revenue streams from institutional clients.

On a consolidated basis the company reported a net profit that rose 11.3 per cent to Rs 188.5 mn in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026 versus the year earlier quarter. Revenue from operations fell 11.7 per cent to Rs 3.6494 bn in the same quarter, reflecting revenue mix and tender timing effects. The company will execute the contract in line with regulatory norms and operational guidelines.
