Kosol Energie Awards Rs. 87.5 mn Contract to Krystal Integrated Services

Krystal Integrated Services has secured a one-year manpower contract from Kosol Energie for deploying technical personnel at the latter’s facility in Bavla, Gujarat. The annual contract is valued at Rs. 87.5 mn and will support Kosol Energie’s operational workforce requirements.

Under the agreement, Krystal Integrated Services will deploy 250 technically qualified professionals. The workforce will include personnel with Industrial Training Institute, diploma, Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology qualifications, along with relevant industry experience. Their responsibilities will cover production management and statutory compliance support.

The contract expands Krystal Integrated Services’ presence in industrial staffing and workforce solutions. It also strengthens the company’s involvement in the renewable energy sector, where projects require specialised personnel and structured operational support across multiple stages of execution.

Kosol Energie, part of the Kalthia Group, has developed into a Tier-1 global participant in solar power generation. The company provides engineering, procurement and construction services across utility-scale, commercial and industrial, residential and agricultural segments.

Krystal Integrated Services said the mandate would support its expansion in technical manpower deployment and reinforce its ability to manage large workforce requirements across operational environments. The company said renewable energy projects operate in demanding conditions, making disciplined workforce management and reliable technical support important to efficient project operations.

The engagement is expected to provide Kosol Energie with a dedicated technical workforce for its Bavla operations while enabling Krystal Integrated Services to deepen its relationships with industrial and renewable energy businesses. The deployment will be carried out in line with the facility’s production and compliance requirements during the contract period.
