MapmyIndia Reports Third Quarter And Nine Months FY26 Results

C.E. Info Systems Ltd, trading as MapmyIndia, reported consolidated results for the third quarter and nine months of fiscal year 2026 ended 31 December 2025. Revenue from operations in the third quarter was Rs 937 mn and for nine months was Rs 3.291 bn, while total income was Rs 1.042 bn for the quarter and Rs 3.637 bn for nine months.

On a year on year basis revenue for the third quarter declined by 18.2 per cent while nine months revenue rose by 2.9 per cent. EBITDA for the quarter fell by 35.8 per cent to Rs 268 mn and nine months EBITDA was Rs 1.108 bn, down 9.1 per cent. Profit after tax was Rs 188 mn for the quarter, down 41.9 per cent year on year, and Rs 831 mn for nine months, down 15.7 per cent.

Management said the quarter was weak due to seasonality and that the company had made significant investments in navigation software and high definition maps to build intellectual property. It added that major wins had been secured across sectors and that several project implementations were in the pipeline and expected to complete in the fourth quarter.

The company reported an open order book of Rs 17.707 bn as of 31 December 2025, up from Rs 15 bn as of 31 March 2025, which it said provides clear long term revenue visibility. It also noted that implementation of basic labour code rules had no observed financial impact and auditors did not recommend any provisions.

MapmyIndia provides proprietary digital maps, geospatial software and location based IoT products and platforms to enterprise, automotive and government customers. The company said it continues to develop high definition, three dimensional and real time mapping capabilities together with expanding APIs and IoT solutions.
