Matter Partners With Bolt.Earth for EV Charging Network

Electric two-wheeler maker Matter Motor on Monday announced a partnership with charging network operator Bolt.Earth to provide nationwide EV charging support.
Under the agreement, Matter will integrate with Bolt.Earth’s network of more than 100,000 charging points across cities including Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Delhi. The rollout will happen in phases, beginning with Matter riders gaining direct access through the MatterVerse app.
The next stage will see co-branded chargers installed at Matter showrooms and service centres to support customer charging, test rides and dealership readiness. Eventually, Bolt.Earth chargers may be bundled with new Matter vehicles, making charging infrastructure part of the purchase package.
Bolt.Earth will manage installation, uptime and maintenance of chargers at public, dealership and joint locations under service-level agreements. It will also provide real-time charger data, technical support, billing services and assist with any free charging schemes that Matter may introduce.
Matter will integrate the network into its MatterVerse app, run awareness campaigns, support pilots, and share dealership rollout plans to guide infrastructure placement.
