NAREDCO Maharashtra Announces New Leadership Team

NAREDCO Maharashtra held its Change of Guard Ceremony at the Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, marking a key leadership transition for the state’s real estate body. The event brought together policymakers, industry leaders and stakeholders to discuss urban development and housing in Maharashtra.
Kamlesh Thakur, Founder and Managing Director, Srishti Group, took over as President from Prashant Sharma. Jay Goenka, Executive Director, Dynamix Group, assumed charge as Secretary from Rajesh Doshi, while Manan Shah, Managing Director, MICL Group, took over as Treasurer from Hitesh Bhagtani. Prashant Sharma has now assumed the role of Vice Chairman, while Sandeep Runwal has taken over as Chairman of NAREDCO Maharashtra.
The new leadership outlined an inclusive agenda focused on policy advocacy, transparency, digital adoption and sectoral growth. On the occasion, NAREDCO Maharashtra also launched the ‘NAREDCO ONE’ digital app to bring developer-members onto a unified platform for better interaction and information exchange.
The ceremony reaffirmed NAREDCO Maharashtra’s commitment to supporting housing, redevelopment and sustainable urban growth in the state.
