Prestige Group Enters Strategic Partnership With Autodesk

Prestige Group has entered a three-year strategic partnership with Autodesk to deploy Autodesk Forma and the Autodesk AEC Collection across its enterprise and to accelerate digital transformation across its real estate development activities. The engagement represents one of the largest new enterprise collaborations for the developer and is intended to standardise the end-to-end project lifecycle. The initiative will bring a connected Design and Make platform to projects spanning residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and mixed-use developments.

The platform will be standardised across the organisation to create a unified ecosystem that aligns design authoring tools with Autodesk Construction Cloud capabilities and supports process standardisation. The programme includes capability-building for consultants, contractors and other partners and seeks to integrate stakeholders into a digitally aligned operating model designed for scale, transparency and resilience. The move is positioned as a structural change in how projects are designed, managed and delivered.

Prestige will implement advanced four-dimensional and five-dimensional capabilities at scale to integrate design, scheduling, cost and execution workflows within a single digital environment and to enable data-driven decision making. The enterprise-wide adoption of these capabilities using Autodesk technologies is described by the company as a step towards greater collaboration, improved efficiency and stronger control across projects. The approach is expected to support sustainable, design-led and cost-efficient delivery with reduced timelines.

As at December 2025, the Group had delivered 313 projects spanning 206 million (mn) square feet and had a pipeline of 128 projects across 195 mn square feet. The partnership is intended to position the developer among early adopters of large-scale four-dimensional and five-dimensional implementation in the real estate sector. Autodesk is presented as a trusted Design and Make partner for designers, engineers and builders that provides cloud-based platforms to unlock data, accelerate insights and automate processes.
