Prestige Group, Autodesk Partner to Drive Digital Real Estate Delivery

Prestige Group has announced a three-year strategic enterprise partnership with Autodesk to accelerate digital transformation across its real estate development operations. The collaboration, unveiled on April 13 in Bengaluru, is among Autodesk’s largest new enterprise engagements and signals Prestige Group’s intent to digitally integrate its end-to-end project lifecycle.

As part of the partnership, Prestige Group will deploy Autodesk Forma, formerly known as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), along with the Autodesk AEC Collection across its enterprise. The move will enable the developer to standardise on Autodesk’s Design and Make platform, combining design authoring tools with cloud-based construction management capabilities.

The company said the implementation will help create a unified and connected ecosystem across its portfolio spanning residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and mixed-use developments. It is also expected to drive process standardisation, digital alignment across the ecosystem and capability-building initiatives for partners, including consultants and contractors.

A key element of the programme is the adoption of advanced 4D and 5D capabilities at scale, integrating design, scheduling, cost and execution workflows into a single digital environment. With this approach, Prestige Group is positioning itself among the first real estate developers globally to pursue 4D/5D implementation at such scale using Autodesk technologies.

“Prestige Group has always believed in setting new benchmarks in quality and execution. As we scale our portfolio and vision, digital transformation becomes central to how we operate,” said Vishesh Kaul, Chief Information & Digital Officer, Prestige Group. “By partnering with Autodesk, we are building a connected digital backbone that unifies design and execution across our enterprise.”

Kamolika Gupta Peres, Vice President, Autodesk India & SAARC, said the partnership reflects growing momentum for connected workflows and data-driven decision-making in real estate. She added that integrated cloud platforms can support faster, cost-efficient and sustainable project delivery.
