Royal Orchid Signs 200-key Regenta Leisure Hotel in Jodhpur

Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels (ROHL) has announced the signing of a new leisure property in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, further strengthening its footprint in heritage and leisure destinations across India. The upcoming Regenta Hotel, Jodhpur will be operated under a hotel management agreement, in line with the company’s asset-light expansion strategy.

The 200-key, all-suite property will be strategically located near the Jodhpur High Court at Shatabdi Circle on New Pali Road, providing convenient access to key commercial areas as well as prominent heritage attractions of the city. Spread across 3,623 square metres, the hotel is being developed as a leisure-focused destination catering to travellers seeking enhanced comfort, longer stays and immersive experiences in the Blue City. The property is scheduled to open by December 2029.

Regenta Hotel, Jodhpur will feature extensive conference and banquet facilities, an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby bar and a rooftop pool bar. The hotel is expected to cater to leisure travellers, destination weddings, celebrations and premium social and corporate events. Banqueting infrastructure will include a 6,000 sq. ft. banquet hall connected to a 4,000 sq ft open terrace, another 4,000 sq. ft. banquet hall, and three breakaway rooms of around 2,500 sq ft each.

The project is being developed in partnership with Jodhana Real Home and Shreeyukt. The property will offer spacious suite accommodations, curated dining options, comprehensive event spaces and wellness-oriented amenities.
