Schaeffler India Reports 18% Revenue Growth in H1 2026

Schaeffler India Limited has reported strong financial performance for the second quarter and half year ended June 30, 2026, with double-digit growth across Automotive Technologies, Vehicle Lifetime Solutions and Intercompany Exports businesses.

The company’s Board of Directors approved the results for Q2 2026, with revenue from operations reaching Rs 26,814 million, registering a 17.5% increase compared to the corresponding quarter of 2025 and a 7% rise over the previous quarter.

Profit before tax (PBT) before exceptional items stood at Rs 4,525 million during the quarter, increasing 13.7% year-on-year. The PBT margin was recorded at 16.9%, compared with 17.4% in Q2 2025 and 17% in Q1 2026. Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs 3,367 million, with a net profit margin of 12.6%.

For the January-June 2026 period, Schaeffler India reported revenue from operations of Rs 51,884 million, reflecting an 18.1% growth compared to the same period in 2025. PBT before exceptional items increased 16.5% year-on-year to Rs 8,782 million, while the PBT margin stood at 16.9%.

The company recorded a net profit of Rs 6,564 million during the first half of 2026, with a net profit margin of 12.7% compared to 12.8% during the corresponding period of the previous year.

Commenting on the performance, Harsha Kadam, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Schaeffler India, said, “Schaeffler India registered a strong growth of 18.1% for the first half of the year. Our Automotive Technologies, Vehicle Lifetime Solutions and Intercompany Exports business continued the double-digit growth trajectory.”

He added that despite challenging market conditions, the company achieved 7% quarter-on-quarter growth, while earnings quality was marginally impacted due to cost pressures arising from geopolitical developments.

Schaeffler India said it remains focused on maintaining growth momentum and delivering consistent financial performance amid a dynamic macro-economic environment.
